Established in 1984. Chanda Lear was crowned Miss Sweetheart 1 by Baron 4 Paul Bohay and Baroness 4 Lady J. The following year this title evolved into The King & Queen of Hearts at which time Chanda was granted the lifetime title of The One & Only Queen Mother of the Hearts by the owner of the title – Three Way Jane.
